Product defects, Breakage, Loss of shine
If this happens within 2 months, just contact us and we’ll take care of it. You can return the item and choose either a replacement or store credit.

Online Returns & Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
Customers purchasing online are entitled to cancel their order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure form (whichever is later), in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Conditions for Return
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without signs of use or damage.
A valid purchase receipt must be provided with the returned product.

Refunds, Exchanges & Fees
For cancellations not due to defect or misrepresentation, a cancellation fee may apply: 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Refunds will only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned product and confirmed compliance with the above conditions.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges that are not due to our fault (defect or error) are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the product is defective or does not match the order, you are entitled to a full refund with no cancellation fee.
In such cases, we will arrange collection of the item at our expense.
